* 1 cup pure water
* 1 tsp fennel seed
* 1/4 tsp turbinado sugar (optional)
* 1 tiny pinch cardamom
* 1 rose hip
1. Bring the water to a boil.
2. Add fennel, rose-hip, sugar and cardamom, turn off heat, cover and steep for 5 minutes.
3. Strain and enjoy at room temperature or mildly warm.
