Honey-Drizzled Papaya for Kapha

Ingredients
- 1 cup diced ripe papaya
- 1 pinch crushed cardamom
- 1/4 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp organic raw honey
- 1 tbsp warm water
Preparation

Combine the warm water, honey, lemon juice and cardamom in a bowl and whisk well.
- Place the papaya in a dessert bowl and drizzle the honey mixture over the fruit.
- Serve immediately.
