Ginger Tea for Kapha
Serves: 1
Ingredients
- 1 cup pure water
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger root
- 1/4 tsp honey (optional)
- 1 tiny pinch cardamom
- 1 pinch turmeric
- 1 pinch black pepper
Preparation
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Add ginger, cardamom, turmeric and black pepper, turn off heat, cover and steep for 5 minutes.
- Strain, stir in the honey and enjoy warm.
