"This program is nothing short of revolutionary! After dealing with chronic pain for 12+ years and trying numerous hearling modalities, the Fern Life Center program has been the answer. Now, I feel buoyant, light, full of energy and confident. My children say I'm happier, not as stressed out, and more flexible. Plus, I smile more!" I came across this quote from Anne Morrow Lindbergh this weekend in her book Gifts from the Sea: "The problem is how to remain whole in the midst of the distractions of life; how to remain balanced, no matter what shocks come in at the periphery and tend to crack the hub of the wheel. For to be a woman is to have interests and duties, ranging out in all directions from the cental mother-core, like spokes from the hub of a wheel." I think that Ayurveda is the answer to this problem! Thank you! -- Yvonne Dunatov
I first discovered Keesha Ewers and Fern Life Center in May of 2007. I was skeptical at first, but her therapies, a unique blend of the best of Western and Ayurvedic medicine, have literally transformed my health, vitality, and my entire outlook on life. I have been through the center's Pancha Karma therapy twice. Both times I experienced an unmistakable lift in my physical health and vitality, as well as a profound mental and emotional calm, and what I can only describe as bliss. Her unique post-PK therapies revealed and lifted old psychological barriers I didn't know I had, and helped me feel more alive and vital than I have felt since I was 20, fully engaged with other people and in the adventure of living. I have also talked with others at Fern Life who suffered from much more serious health problems than myself. To hear their stories of how chronic health issues, deemed incurable by Western medicine, were cured, and to feel their gratitude, confirms my own experience: Keesha Ewers is a healer of rare ability and knowledge, and the Fern Life Center is a blessing to the community. -- Henry Borys
Admittedly, I knew very little about Ayurveda before coming to Fern Life Center. It has been a life changing experience that has no boundaries. I have fundamentally transformed the way I think about health, life balance, nutrition and relationships. It is all an amazing journey full of self reflection, revelations and personal growth. I would recommend it to anyone who is truly committed to the challenge of being all they can be in this lifetime and has the passion to live their dreams. -- Jan Meriwether
We so appreciate the gentle, holistic, yet inclusive way that the team at Fern Life delivers their treatments. Their approach of drawing from body, mind & spirit to formulate wellness strategies is a powerful resource for us as we manage our health. Our experience of the value has us bringing more family, friends, and clients all the time. -- Suzanne & Dwight Frindt Since finding the Fern Life Center and working with Keesha my life has changed in dramatic ways. A friend recommend I come here during a difficult and transitional point in my life. I had done some reading on the Science of Yoga and Ayurveda and was very interested in integrating both of them into my current health regimen. I was not prepared for the dramatic transformation I was about to undergo. Although the some of the therapies were very intense their power to heal were amazing; I felt the years of stress and anxiety (as well as all of their accompanying side effects) melt away. Physically I felt like a new person. Keesha is a gifted healer; she is very intune with the needs of her patients in all aspects. She has a natural way of connecting with others in a deep, authentic way. It has been a delight to work with her to balance my emotional and mental bodies. I fully believe in her power to help individuals find balance and wellness in body, mind and spirit. -- Chantalle |
A brief testimonial about my experience with Fern Life: I became a client at the beginning of the year. I was looking for something to kick start a holistic health regimen that I could not seem to start on my own. I started with a detox and PK and the results exceeded my expectation. I started January 21 and six weeks later I am still benefiting greatly. The program has provided the turning point to which I have added focus, discipline and consistency. I had started the mental/ emotional work with Keesha and feel that her approach is one that can provide skills and insights that I was looking for that can benefit me for the rest of my life. -- Jim Murphy
Fern Life Center provides a truly unique healing experience. Working with Keesha, and incorporating Ayurveda into my life, has provided me with a new way to view my health and a new toolbox with which to manage it. This work has had a profound effect on my life and I would say to anyone considering it – if you are committed to living a healthy life, but have health issues and challenges which you are having a hard time finding solutions for, consider Ayurveda and the Fern Life Center. -- Donna Frindt
I first came to the Fern Life Center almost a year ago after having spent three years seeing different doctors, searching for an answer to my mysterious illness. I had finally been diagnosed with a hormonal disorder, but the only treatment I could find only made me sicker. A friend suggested Ayurveda, and I was ready to try anything. Keesha was very encouraging right away - she had more answers and insight than anyone else I had seen. I knew I needed to change my diet (my metabolism was not working right) but no other doctors had had any suggestions - they just wanted me to take medications. Keesha made me an individualized diet plan. It was a huge change, and required a lot of sacrifice. But I immediately felt better, and now, 11 months later, I've lost 40 pounds, have a ton more energy, and no longer crave sweets. I feel like I'm really nourishing my body. I'm still not perfect at it - it's certainly a work in progress - but it's been completely worth it. The healing process has still been long and difficult since then. I had a lot to work through, and years of imbalance don't go away overnight. But it's really happening. I'm really learning to understand myself and find balance inside my body and my life. I know that this is what I needed. It's a lot of sacrifice, but I think it's the only way I was ever going to get in balance and feel whole and capable. -- Hillary Pond
