Fern Life Center is a center for healing of all kinds with an emphasis on Ayurveda as our framework; we are a bridge between Western and Eastern medical modalities. The Fern Life Center program for balanced wellness provides primary and preventative medical care, as well as beauty, anti-aging, relaxation, nutritional and yoga therapies which are all customized to the individual body’s needs. Our practitioners have had many years of education in healing traditions from around the world including: Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Herbalism, Yoga, Esthetics, Sound therapy/music/vibrational medicine, Nutrition, Reiki, Matrix Energetics, Naturopathy, Massage, Jyotish (Indian astrology), Vastu (Indian form of Feng Shue), Shamanism and others. We recognize the interconnections between mind, body, spirit, and environment and customize your health care to your specific needs.
There are seven main Ayurvedic treatment modalities employed at Fern Life Center to bring each individual into a balance of wellness:
In addition to these seven Ayurvedic treatments there are several services offered to enhance well being and optimize health:
At Fern Life Center we believe that spiritual health cannot be separated from physical and mental and emotional health. We are the home to Interfaith Voices of Youth (IVY). IVY is a non-profit organization focusing on empowering youth to heal the religious divides that separate groups of people all over the world. Their focus is bringing youth from all faith traditions together for dialogue, cultural music and dancing, and social justice projects. Fern Life Center is decorated with many symbols from countries and faith traditions across the globe. Please take the time to wander around the center and enjoy the symbols that denote and read the informational book placed in the waiting room. We welcome feedback and encourage our clients to contribute to the community through educational pieces from your own faith traditions, teachers and guides, or paths.
