Erin Dudley helps her clients make lasting and positive changes in their lives. A Chicago native, Erin grew up in a house where the dinner table was always filled with friends and family. Food was at the center of every tradition, and a source of joy and love. Erin’s passion for food eventually led to a passion for nutrition, and today Erin helps individuals cultivate a balanced and mindful relationship with food and their health. Her approach is gentle, collaborative, caring and whole food focused.

Erin takes a comprehensive look at each client’s life, and works collaboratively to come up with recommendations to meet their specific goals. Erin focuses on functional and integrative nutrition and investigates specific dysfunctions in your body related to nutritional deficiencies and imbalances. She helps to restore function by creating a food plan that is practical, works with your lifestyle and takes your individuality into account.

Erin specializes in digestive disturbances and provides practical tools to help individuals restore digestive function and overall health. She has a special interest in cancer, pediatrics, pre/post natal and family nutrition. Erin has worked with a wide range of clients, and has extensive experience and training treating the following conditions with medical nutrition therapy: Inflammatory bowel syndrome, Crohns Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, GERD, food allergies and food sensitivities, Yeast, parasites, Celiac Disease, gluten intolerance, fatigue, thyroid, hormonal health, Diabetes, Heart Disease, Autoimmune disease, Osteoporosis and Weight Management. Erin is a Registered Dietitian and currently provides medical nutrition therapy in Issaquah at Fern Life Center.

Erin holds a Master of Science degree in Nutrition from Bastyr University and a Bachelor of Science degree in nutrition from Southern Illinois University. She is an active member of several organizations including: the American Dietetic Association, Behavioral Health Nutrition Dietetic Practice Group, Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine Practice Group, Oncology Nutrition Dietetic Practice Group, The Center for Mindful Eating and the Washington State Dietetic Association.
