"Eat This, Not That" is a very interesting book series by David Zinczenko, editor-in-chief of Men's Health magazine and editorial director of Women's Health magazine. (He writes the books with Matt Golding.) Recently, he published "Drink This, Not That" which is part of the series. In this book they feature, "The 20 Worst Drinks In America."

I was forwarded an email showing these drinks and the article and I was just shocked and amazed. The visuals really bring home what's happening in America and really help drive home so much of what I try to teach and talk about regarding sugar, the American diet and more.
